Finally this semester is over! I started winter break yesterday so hopefully over break we can update more! I didn't realize how busy I would be this semester!

So this will be a short update because the plans for today involved us splitting up. I was going to Blizzard Beach and my parents would be headed to DTD to do some shopping! It was also the day we would be switching over from BWV to BCV! We started off our morning by packing up all of our belongings and saying goodbye to our great room at BWV. Although we loved BWV our dinner the night before sort of made us happy we were switching! Plus BCV is my dream resort so I was ready to get over there! Once we got there we checked in for not only our room but breakfast at Cape May!

We immediately started taking some pictures of our new home

Our room wasn't ready yet and as mom was finishing up we were called to breakfast! For those of who you haven't been to Cape May I highly recommend it! It is a character breakfast but it isn't loud and you don't feel rushed it is a nice relaxing breakfast!

It was a great way to start off our day and switch over to our new resort! As we were finishing up we got the text that our room was ready! I zoomed out of there to check it out before I headed to Blizzard Beach!

I quickly hurried out to head on to the water park and my parents stuck around a bit before they headed out to DTD.

Cape May breakfast is a great way to start your stay at BCV! We also had dinner there which was amazing! We really wanted to have dinner there again but it was always full

Awesome update! All of your great shots are giving me the desire to explore the boardwalk resorts/area. I've never even been over there but it looks fabulous!

So Cape May was good then? I was contemplating an ADR there for our upcoming trip, my DD's are big fans of Minnie and Goofy. Stupid question but is this restaurant inside the Beach Club then? Hmmm, just when I thought I had all my dining reservations in order... DH really wants to eat breakfast at Boma on our non-park day but Cape May sounds like more fun!

I think it's so wonderful that you enjoy these Disney trips with your mom! I am hoping that I can have that with my DD's when they are your age. Love the trip report so far! Great job!

I'm with you that winter break couldn't come soon enough. I just finished my last term paper today for this semester and it's such a relief to finally be on vacation.

Cape May looks fantastic...definitely one i wanna try in the future.

I know the exact same feeling! I took another class this semester on top of my usual amount so by the end it was getting pretty tough! Luckily I get three weeks to recuperate and then it is back to school

It was so good! You definitely need to try it!

That's why we love that breakfast for a character breakfast it is very laid back!

I don't think a lot of people know about it or if they do they don't think 3 characters are enough for a character breakfast I love the restaurant and the food though so it's a must every time!

It was nice getting the room so quickly! I loved it but there were things missing that we really liked about the BWV rooms. My mom should be posting soon with her adventure!

Well, I ran the idea of Cape May by my DH who normally has NO opinion on where we eat! He actually said the only place he wants to eat at is Boma for breakfast! Ugh, I was so annoyed but I gave in because it is literally the only place he's requested and I've picked all the others! But on the day we arrive at Disney, we're going to head over to the Boardwalk/Beach Club area and do some exploring. I can't wait, it looks gorgeous!

She ordered you another gift? What a great mom you have! I wonder if it's something Disney related? I dropped very pointed hints to DH that I wanted one of the new Dooney & Bourke Mickey Mouse purses (the 55th anniversary one). We'll see if he paid attention or not!
