Who is your wireless provider and are you happy with them?

We get a Verizon discount too but Verizon is so much more expensive than anyone else. Plus I have been having so many dropped calls lately and totally get no reception at my workplace. Its so frustrating.

We currently have Verizon and IMOP their charges are getting ridiculous.

I would love to have internet but I'm not paying $30.00 a month on top of the inflated bill we already have.

Just got the bill yesterday and there was a charge for $50.00 for data. I have to call them Monday but I don't even know what that could be for.

I was looking at Sprint. $69.99 for everything. I'm sure there are hidden costs somewhere but we pay more than that for verizon for just basic phone.

So who do you have for wireless and are u happy?

Sprint everything plan is $99.99 the $69.99 is unlimited on mobile to mobile only not to/from landline phones.

We use T-Mobile bought from radio shack, we got cooler phones, we got 1800 family shared minutes, 5 favorite people to call any network, unlimited internet on 2 phones, and unlimited texting. I barely use my phone but we have lived in a deadzone till recently. Dd uses the internet and texting all the time. Our bill runs $109. Dh calls 411 all the time and that adds up to $15.00 a month!!

Their service is great, great coverage and they now use google search, and google web sites.

They, Radio Shack, exhanged my phone when it went bad the select button quit working but I think that is Sony Ericsson problem.

I have been with Sprint for about 12 years now and I have never had any issues. I just upgraded my blackberry and changed my plan over to this new $69.99 everything plan (I was paying about $90). It is EVERYTHING. And, the 450 minutes that are included with the plan, I only use when making a call to a land line. Any cell to cell call, no matter who the other carrier is, does not eat up my minutes. I have been very pleased with Sprint over the years....even got me through Hurricanes Ivan, Katrina & Gustav ;)

We've been with Sprint for years and are happy with them. We have 3 phones on a family plan with 1500 minutes/month, unlimited texting, & unlimited data. I get a 20% discount through my employer and our total bill including taxes/fees is about $140/month. We could do with less minutes, but 1500 is the minimum we could get with the unlimited data plan (2 of the phones we have require a data plan). We also just added their mobile broadband service for my MIL (who has the 3rd phone on our plan) because with my employee discount it will be cheaper than any other high speed internet service she can get in her area. She also spends winters in FL & summers in RI, so with the mobile broadband she will always have her internet connection and won't have to either pay for cable internet in 2 houses or do without it for the summer (which is what she's been doing).

I left Verizon about 8 years ago and went to T-Mobile. Never had an issue with them or their customer service. the only area I don't get service is a one mile stretch of road on the way to my parent's house, but you can't get service there from any company.

I have unlimited minutes (irregardless of when I call) for $49.99 as part of their customer loyalty plan (had to be with them for 2 years). Before I switched to that plan, I had 1500 minutes a month for $42.99 a month.

Can't tell you how happy I am to be out of Verizon's clutches (and my dad worked at Verizon/Bell of Pennsylvania for over 30 years).

We are very happy Sprint customers. I get a 25% discount through my company and our total bill for 1500 minutes, unlimited any carrier mobile to mobile, and unlimited text and date for $118 including taxes. I love Sprint have been with them for 10 years now.

I have T-Mobile pre-paid and have never had an issue getting a signal. That said I'm in the Chicago area and getting a signal on anybody usually isn't an issue. But I've also traveled to MN, CA, WI, IN, CA, AZ, WA, FL, PA, and DC with it and also never had an issue with signals in those areas (all major metro, except for PA).

I love it, I pay less in a year than a lot of people spend in a month or two! :goodvibes

Verizon for the kids and I.

It's one of the few companies that has the coverage we need with little to no dropped calls. Plus all of my family is on it. I will happily pay their price for their dependability.

DH got himself an Iphone thru AT&T (and our Verizon contract isn't quite up so he is now paying for a phone thru Verizon that isn't getting used. I was NOT happy! Why couldn't he have waited 3 more months, darn it.).

I hate the AT&T service. Very little signal at our house, most times he has none. Horrible connection when I can talk to him and calls are dropped alot (yesterday we tried talking 3 times while he was at work, all 3 times the call was lost and I was at home not driving around). Oh and it has a tinny sound when I can actually talk with him. it's awful.

I don't care how fancy a phone is - if it's service stinks, it does you no good to have it.

Good luck finding a good phone company that works for you.

verizon wireless
priced others in our area and they are still the best priced. I'm not happy with what I pay but I guess if I want the services I have then I have to pay the price. Still wish it could go down so both of us could have internet. Oh well

Another Happy Sprint Customer! At one point I had both Verizon and Sprint (long story involving a phone I could only get through them) But Verizon has pretty crappy customer service, and they kept inflating my bill! When i have a prob with Sprint I go into the store and an actual live person helps me resolve it. At Verizon they hand you a phone and a 1-800 #, and of course the person on the other end is either unable or unwilling to correct billing mistakes. Needless to say my verizon phone is collecting dust in the closet. I love Sprint! I to have the $69 everything plan, and I have never have a problem with my service. My only gripe right now is that they do not have a Disney Parks Ap for the Palm Pre yet (that I know Of).

Virgin Mobile prepay here. Had them for a little over a year. And I'm very happy. Spent less than $100 for service thus far. I just recently broke down and got a text 'plan' added. $2 a month for 30 texts (.06 each), normally they're .15 a piece. I don't have a minute plan so I pay .20 per. But I maybe use 20 minutes a month. It's great!

Verizon and very happy with them. Used to be Cingular, now they are ATT. I get a nice discount through work with Verizon too.

I had Verizon before and couldn't get coverage ANYWHERE... and I live in a major metropolitan area! We've had much more luck with AT&T. I have a smart phone, DH does not, and I loooooove how much faster AT&T's 3g is than Verizon... and DH loves how he gets coverage everywhere now.

We have Verizon (4 phones) and I am very unhappy with them. We share 700 minutes and have unlimited texting for all of our phones and I spend $140 a month. We are able to get new phones now and have looked into what's available. Every phone with a qwerty keypad, except one, has to have a data plan that costs $10 a month per phone. This really ticks me off. This went into effect in January of this year. I'm thinking about switching over to ATT as any of their phones with the qwerty keypad require EITHER a text messaging or data plan. I'm spreading the word to all my friends whose teenagers have these type of phones and want to upgrade as none of them have a data plan currently. Verizon is out to rip off the customer in my opinion.

Lynn
