I don't know if they really count as villians, but... the rotten kids in Willy Wonka! Augustus Gloop, Violet Beauregard, Mike TeeVee, and of course Veruca Salt. But not Charlie Bucket- he was nice.

The first one I thought of was the Wicked Witch of the West - Margaret Hamilton gave a true powerhouse performance!

I also loved Sigourney Weaver's portrayal of the warden in Holes.
