Who is going 2005 to Disneyland California?

From what I've heard the HM will not go into it's holiday mode next year. Small World doesn't go down for the overlay until October--don't know if it will still be getting it next year or not.

We are going to go for DH's birthday... but will do it in April instead of March (and hopefully miss most of the springbreakers). No ressies just yet.

They aren't doing the event next year, but I think they're still doing the overlay. Seems kind of dumb to just stop something so popular, anyway.

We are going in April - to bring our twins who were just born 9/2 for the first time!!! :bounce: (well if you don't count the two times I was pregnant with them ;) We can't wait for Noah and Allyson to meet ::MickeyMo and ::MinnieMo !!!!!

Just booked our air flights, now it's time to make DL ressies from July 27th to July 30th. Should we stay at GC, PP or DLH?

We'll also be there with jlawall (can't wait to meet you!) for our
first visit, have reservations at GC for July 26-29, 2005.
Have lots of questions about GC on previous thread.

We will be there in the fall of 2005. We are staying at Paradise Pier for sure!! This will be my son's first trip to Disneyland (3 years then) and also my mom's, too. We have to go see our pictures up for the 50th Anniversary celebration!!
I'm excited to go again but will miss WDW for the first time in 10 years!!:earsgirl:

We haven't booked yet, but we're planning a Sept 05 trip. Haven't been since 96! We'll probably stay at Paradise Pier for a few nights to do Disney, then spend a few more days in LA.

We'll be there 7/6-9 and leaving on the 9th for the Disney Mexican Riviera Cruise! Staying at the Grand Californian!

We're booked at the Disneyland hotel from May 24th - May 28th, then onto the Disney Magic!!! Celebrating our 10th anniversary on the 27th. Can't wait!

haven't made reservations yet but thinking of either going in March (spring break) or waiting until the twins are out of school in June for their and mine first Disneyland Trip ever.:Pinkbounc :earseek: :earsboy: :earsboy: :earsgirl:

Hi!

I am in LA for a biz trip in January, and will try to pop in on the Mouse for a quick day-or-two jaunt! Otherwise, I am thinking May 05. It would be my first time in DL.... just thinking about it makes me excited!

Have a magical day.
Michael

We are planning to go in October sometime next year, but no definite dates yet. Can't wait because my 2 year-old DS loves Mickey Mouse right now, and I would love to see his face when we take him to Disneyland. Hopefully, he will still be enchanted with him in a year!

We are planning to be in CA for 9 days before we board on the CA-FL repo cruise in August 2005!! We will visit DL 3 of those days!!! Last time myself, DH and DD were in DL in 2000. Now we are brining my DS and my parents along this time..their first time to DL!!! Can't wait!!! :bounce:

8/11-8/13 at the Grand Californian before our cruise on 8/13!

I take each of my kids for a surprise trip on their 7th birthday alone with just me. Amazingly they forget from one to the next so it is always a surprise....giggle.

The next one to turn 7 is my third in May. So we will be there mid-May. His real birthday is the 28th but that is kinda late in the school year to be missing school, so we may try to hit it before his birthday and have his birthday be the last day. Not sure and no reservations yet.

I can't wait though. I am so glad I did it this this way. I get to see each of them up close and personal as they discover the magic of Disneyland. Since I have four kids it is a great way to spend a really special time alone with each of them and make memories they will always remember of just the two of us. I always leave these special vacations so in love with my kid again. Love, love, love it.

Jennifer

We will be there for part of our honeymoon from 8/9-8/12. Then onto Hawaii. I'm so excited for the anniversary celebration. I can't wait!!
