Who is Dan Murphy and what has he done?

Dan Murphy is a frequent poster on the Disboards. Judging by his posts, he is one of the nicest, most personable people on the Dis. He just seems like he always has something positive to say.

Seriously, Dan is a very, very nice man who always has nice things to say, is always ready to help, takes great pictures, and has an enormous post count on the DIS.

Spamming with purposeful intent to make fun of or be hurtful to others should not be seen as a proper way to make one's point. Classic passive-aggressive nonsense that I assumed we, as adults, would be beyond. Guess not. I've always liked Dan, but this spamming certainly isn't bringing the CB together now, is it?

I had a couple paragraphs typed out, but I deleted them. I've got just enough self control to not make that post. but if I made that one, i don't know if I could have stopped myself from making more. so I'm just going to leave this post at this.

Well, I'm totally out of the loop. Something must have happened today, because Dan doesn't just do this sort of thing. (It's the first time I've ever seen it.) It doesn't make sense for it to be out of the blue.

I wonder what happened?
