Chef Gordon is a chef at the Hilton Head Resort. When you book the Private Affair, he gives you a menu that you choose from (this is done in advance of your actual dinner). The meal includes appetizer, entree, dessert and wine for each course. Chef Gordon prepares the entire meal for you and has a server there to keep refilling your wine glasses and to serve the meal. The dinner itself is held at the small restaurant up at the Beach House. We did the dinner just last week for our family of 10 and it was awesome! He had the doors open to the ocean and the table was set up so that you could look out the doors and see the water. The cost is $50 per person.
