I am going crazy doing the South Beach 2 week start up.
DH is sledding & I'm eating cookies. I'm so weak!![]()
!Believe me, I DO understand your pain BUT...nothing tastes as good as thinner feels. Stop with those cookies. You ate some? So what! Just don't eat *any* more!
I know you can do it, I KNOW you can. Post on here *exactly* when you stop eating them.

So I haven't tried to quit soda and coffee...I don't wanna....


But--since it's snowy and cold, I made goulash and even though I made my healthy version, I had two helpings. More time on the "dreadmill" tomorrow, I guess. Ick.
I was feeling so guilty about my cookies & I find out DH cheated too.
- proceeded to dump Ice Cream onto Pie and had Apple Pie A La Mode for lunch I work in a mall so I ate from the food court.
Back on track tomorrow though. 
She normally doesn't eat dessert but had eaten 12 of the Weight Watchers desserts last week. She told me if she gains again next week that she'll have to quit because think of all the WW desserts she could buy w/ the weekly fee.
