I'm all caught up!

Donna- Thanks for the waffle!

Lyzziesmom- Emma is so funny!

Linda- Cute pic of Kenny. We always buy the tub of cool whip, so I don't eat it like that, but I have been known to polish off a tub in less that a day!

2X- :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: Hugs for Lucas and your grandma

Pozey- Shame on you! ;)

Dznyfan-I love your Disney room! When we were in DTD last trip, me and Steven went into the art store and he loved 2 paintings of Mickey and Donald dressed up as pirates. He wanted them but they were around $3000 each!

My fave character is.......

Tinkerbell!

No surprise there! I guess I like her because we are alot alike, small, quiet, and feisty. I like Belle too. My mom says I'm alot like her because I like to read, and she says we look alike. :confused3

They're pretty proud of some of that stuff! The most we paid is $400 for that Belle sericel. My DH bought the Snow White print about 10 years ago, signed by the artist, (one of the 9 Old Men, don't remember which one though) and LE numbered, he paid like $125 for it - we brought it home and had it matted and framed.

I hope your red stain comes out the rest of the way!!!

Greetings all!!

Good day at our house...Matt got an A+ on his English test today. It was on Greek Mythology and he thought he was never going to remember them all :cool1:

I have talked to Blake this afternoon. And the winner is APRIL!! You are correct, Australia is 16 hours ahead of us. When I talked to him it was tomorrow morning there, he wanted to know if I wanted him to check the lottery numbers so I know what to play. :rotfl2: He said the flight was not a problem, it was fairly empty. He was the only one in his row, so he stretched out over 4 seats and slept for 10 hours. So he was completely refreshed when he landed. He said that it was 90 degrees there. He was in Sydney last night, then they will be in Melbourne for 2 nights, then on to Wollongong, then back to Sydney.

We had the sports recognition night last night. They did all the sports together at first where all of the MVP's were announced. Then all the sports split up into different rooms. The football portion lasted the longest I think. We were there until almost 10. All of the JV boys got a photo plaque to commemorate their undefeated season. The picture looked familiar, when I take pictures of the games I always make a disc for the coach. :rolleyes1 The senior speeches were interesting. Most of the boys are not the greatest public speakers. One of the seniors I swear was stoned. He is an idiot at the best of times, but last night he was nuts!! It's really sad.

2x2...I will keep your Grandma and Luca in my prayers.

Nicole...sounds like it is a very good thing you work where you do :cool1:

DznyFan...I love the decorations in your house!!! What is the snowglobe on the top of the entertainment system?

Fav character? Mickey for sure, but I also love Eeyore. He's just so sad and cute!!

HELLO!!!!!! I'm sure you all thought I might have been killed by the zombies after me for tickets, but I survived by hiding in the plush mountain and have returned to you all.

I must admit, I'm not even going to attempt to catch up this time! So, I hope everyone is well and if anything is wrong warm wishes to you!

How were your thanksgivings in a nut shell?

Oh, I know a while ago we were talking about the lack of Disney Christmas Cards...EBAY BABY!!!!!!! I found tons!

I don't know who asked about favorite characters but people are answering. Mine are Snow White, Mickey and Pluto!!!

Good evening Crew!!! How's it going this evening? went out to eat at a Mexican restaurant this evening called Tequila. Yummy as usual.

lyzziesmom:: Your mom was a tad bit unclear about what she meant on the Girl Scout cookie order. I would take it that she was paying for your order too.
I hope you found your camera!! I'm sure it will turn up somewhere. Hopefully Emma hasn't seen it!!! I'm thinking BATHROOM here!!! :rolleyes1
Glad you found the $$$ for your Feb. trip!!! Beats putting it on a credit card, IMO!!

DznyFan:: Love the artwork and the Disney touches in your house!!! I really need to do some serious Disney shopping!!! I have a pic of Snow white and the Seven Dwarfs that was a special edition when you pre-ordered the video from Disney. I need to figure out what I did with that and get it framed!!

Linda:: That's the cutest picture of kenny with the whipped cream!!! Oh, how I used to love the Redi Whip!!! YUMMMM!!!!!!!!!

pozey:: I hope your muscles get to feeling better soon!!! DH opted to stay off of the roof this year. I volunteered, but my heart really wasn't into climbing that high up. That's so cool that Colton's play is going to be aired on cable!!! I hope you're able to get a copy from the TV station.

YourMajesty:: I'm sooo glad that nothing was seriously wrong with Sophie!! :dog: paw: I hope she takes her meds like a good doggy and gets better really soon!!!
Your favorite character is Snow White?? Who would have thought??!! :rotfl:

Nicole:: I hope all the red soda comes out of your carpeting!!! Isn't that just the most aggravating thing in the whole world? :furious:

ETA:: I wasn't finished!! Hit the Submit button by mistake!!! :badpc:

..........Okay, back to Part II. :teeth:

April::: Wonderful news that you scheduled your Segway Tour!!! :thumbsup2 It sounds like an awesome experience!!!
I LOVE the new pic of you and Steven in your siggy!!!

2x2s:: I hope your grandmother and Luca are doing better today. Crossing my fingers that the doctor had some hopeful news for you about insurance and your extra treatments.

keagansmom:: I hope Keagan did okay in school today. :goodvibes At least after this week he'll have a month to recover before going back to school. WOW!!! That's one long vacation!!! You will be in my thoughts. :teeth:

Linzy:: I was starting to get worried about you!! Glad to hear you survived Black Friday and the attack of the 20%off ticket zombies!!!! :teeth: My Thanksgiving was wonderful. How was yours??
I will have to check out the Disney cards on Ebay. I've already purchased my cards for this year.

Ashley:: How you doin'?? I hope your tummy is all better and you're good as new now!!! I hope you find a christmas tree that works for you and don't stress, it's not even December yet!!! :goodvibes

OK, who is my favorite Disney character??? I have so many that I like, but I would have to say Mickey Mouse brings a special smile to my face and a warm fuzzy in my heart!!! He is the icon that is Disney Magic!! :smickey:

I'm being serenaded by Nathan playing the guitar and harmonica at the same time!!! :rockband: That kid cracks me up sometimes!!!

Hope everyone is having a good evening. Must be something really good on TV, our thread is kind of quiet tonight. :happytv:

I was out getting our Christmas pictures done this evening at Sears, and I have to say... next time, we are going back to Target. That's where we usually go, but Sears had a coupon "2.99 per sheet when you purchase 8 sheets (reg. 7.99)". So... the girls were active, it took forever, I picked out my 8 sheets, and they rang it up. Over $65.00!! I was expecting around $30, after adding tax!! Turns out that the coupon meant the sheets are 2.99 each AFTER you purchase 8 at regular price. I was NOT happy about that, and told them nicely that it was very misleading. Well they knocked the price down a few bucks (but still not the 2.99) and I knocked a few sheets off my order, and we did get some cute pictures but I'm still not too happy about it. If it weren't for the fact that this is the first time in 2 years that Emma hasn't cried at the photographers, I'd have told them forget it. I guess this morning's disagreement with my mom was good practice for tonight!!

I'm wiped out, going to check the DVR and head to bed. I tried to get in touch with DBF earlier to see if he wanted to bring over a movie, but no response. That's getting old.

OH... before I forget... I think I made a new friend at work today! A girl who was out last week introduced herself, she lives nearby & has kids close to my girls' ages, is newly single and has few friends. She invited me to some sort of interior decorating party this weekend followed by a "girls night out" ... waiting for details/official invite via email. Sounds fun!

Donna, don't you hate when you hit that pesky submit by mistake? At least you didn't lose the post!!

'Night all!

Forgot to add... if anyone cares to see the Xmas pix, PM me with your email address and I'll email you the link. WARNING: it includes the not-so-good ones too! (but the really funny, awful ones were unfortunately deleted at the store).

Wow...I'm popping in kind of late. Looks like there are no hoot owls tonight. :rolleyes1

Lin...no need to catch up but I still have two questions for you. Where did you go with all the pies and please could you share the deep dish butter coconut pie recipe? :Pinkbounc

Nicole...sorry about your red drink...yikes. I didn't know you worked for a carpet cleaning company...that does come in handy for this particular problem. :teeth: So Tinkerbell is your favorite. :confused3 :rotfl:

Hey...looks like the midwest is going to get cold and maybe icy in the next 24-24hrs. Seems a little early for such cold temps. :cold: We don't have any firewood yet...darn. :teeth:

Sophie didn't keep her meds down but does seem to be feeling better. Hope she doesn't cough as much tonight.

I got on so late tonight it's already close to pumpkin time. I'll catch everyone tomorrow.

ps...Donna...sounds like you have a one man band! :rockband: (that's the same smilie playing all the instruments...if you didn't already know) ;)

I don't have a particular thread I normally go to or I'm not a member of a particular thread. Just wondering if you're one of those quiet ones who are not in the "cliques." Say "I." Or am I the only one?

:yay:

Good morning Crew!!! Hope everyine had a nice relaxing night last night. :cloud9: I think I'll make another coffee cake. Here, I'll slice a piece for everyone!!!

I used to go to Sears to have all the kids' pictures taken. That was before I bought myself a really nice new digital camera. Since then, I take all the pictures myself. And so far, I have done a decent job. We went out and took Christmas pictures the other day. I'll post a few in a little while.
