Who has used the Visitors Toll Pass

I've read a few posts from people that used the program and pickup was pretty quick. They have drop boxes at the airport that you can use when you are returning the rental car.

I used it. It was very easy and convenient. It took a couple of minutes for them to explain how it worked and when we returned the car there was a box to return the pass. The charge (about $3) appeared on my cc statement about a week later.

We used it in August. The pick up/drop off process was super easy. They explain the whole process to you. I really hope they make it permanent if they haven't already.

I just used it a few weeks ago. One thing I noticed after I got to my hotel and looked at the account online, was that it had a different car listed (not my rental). I changed the car information to match my rental. Everything worked fine.

We used it and it was great. Similar to what georgina said above, the wrong car was listed but I received an email from them about that (not sure how they knew) and I just updated the info online. Pick up and drop off of the pass was easy, especially drop off, we just placed it in a drop box by the tunnel between the terminal and car rental garage.

We also used it about a month ago. So easy we thought it was too good to be true. The only issue was that we never received any emails. Not sure why but so far so good. Would absolutely do it again just wish I knew why we didn't get any emails.

Yep, same with us. But they do tell you when they give you the pickup spiel to check that info that night. Simple change on the website and everything was good. System worked fine and definitely recommend using it.

I should have answered the other questions. In our case there was a representative at the luggage carousels and he had our pas for us in just a couple of minutes. On return, there were several, easy to spot, drop boxes. Just drop it in and on your way. Great service.

I’m hoping the program expands to other airports. We fly into and out of different airports and pick up is at MCO only (though I called and it can be mailed back in if you pick up at mco and fly out of a different airport). We have used the temporary pass, which I’ve purchased online and had no issues with. So convenient.

I doubt it would be expanded to airports outside of Central Florida. It’s run by the Central FL Expressway Authority which only operates toll roads in the Greater Orlando area.

Interesting. I had carry-on only and went to the transportation level and wandered around for 5 minutes before I found the desk to pick mine up. It was small and not easy to spot!

Used it last week. Super easy.
Before you go t othe rental area at the Airport, there is a booth. It took about 5 minutes to get it set up. No cost to using it. It automatically charges tolls to your credit card. Just put the pass on your rear view mirror. Used it going to and back from WDW with no issues. Charges popped up after we turned it back in. Just outside the car rental area are what looked like mail boxes to drop the pass back in.
I'm glad they were still available. They are so easy to use, plan t ouse again on our next trip.

Interesting that some people found the booth while we saw a representative at the carousels. Wonder if they are testing varying methods of distributing the passes.

Yeah in May I specifically commented to the rep that I thought she could use a desk/podium as she was juggling a lot of items. Still, easy. Especially if you pre reserve online.
