Who has used the Overland Donner bag???

I was just looking to hear people's feedback on using their Donner bag in WDW. I am so excited for it to arrive.

It looks like a great bag. I've got a Travelon bag that is similar. Do you know how long the strap is when it's fully lengthened? I may have to purchase one of these for my next trip.

It does not indicate size of the water pockets. Here is overland's site with specs. http://www.overlandequipment.com/everyday.php?name=donner/index.htm Not sure if REI has it in there store, we do not have one near us. I believe EMS might carry it also, limited color options.

My bag just arrived, Love it!!!!!! Prior poster asked about size of the water pockets. Holds a normal size bottle of poland spring.

It is so cute and practical. I am going to use for WDW and everyday. So glad I went with the black instead of my original choice of red.

I've owned the Donner for over 5 years and love it. Mine is first generation with a clip on the front rather than velcro. It is well used and still in great shape. I use the smaller Overland Placer at WDW. It, too is first generation with front clip and is large enough for camera, tickets, phone and sunglassed...no water bottle.

Also, ebags.com carries Overland Equipment bags and often offers discounts. But I believe they be switching to spring styles so selection is limited.

I have the Overland Donner Bag in black! I love mine. It is the perfect bag for WDW trekking! I especially love the "Diet Coke Holders" on either side of it...(you can try and tell me they are not specifically for diet coke but I know better! )

That bag carried everything. It was perfect. It looked nice and not too schlumpy. It was never a bother on rides. My husband would carry it...for a little while...without feeling "weird"...like he does when I ask him to hold my Coach bag!

I really reccommend this bag to anyone who wants to be able to carry a lot without looking like Packy the Packmule! It's sleek...it holds two bottles of diet coke at a time...I'm all set!

okay ~ I was at REI last week and found the Overland Donner bag. I really liked the style of it and the different compartments on the front. But being the cheapskate that I am, I didn't buy it.
