We used Tiffany last winter and were content if not thrilled. Their office doesn't seem to be the most coordinated people - make sure to call and confirm. I think they've shortened their grocery stop to 20 minutes which is too short - one of the grocery stores does a call ahead list which would work well for this (you fax them what you want, they shop. If they have the brand you specifiy that is what they do, if not, they put in something similar - its there for you when you get there). And the car, well clean, definately had seen more than 100,000 miles.
