I LOVE the ribs at Yak and Yeti in AK. They're not traditional BBQ though - they have a Hoisin Sauce. But they are super fall of the bone tender, and not at all dry.
We also love the ribs at Flame Tree, but we also had them at the Starlight Cafe in MK twice on our last trip this past May and thought they were delicious.
I just have to second that the ribs at Yak and Yeti are AWESOME! Plus it's super chilly in the restaurant, which is a great relief on those super hot days...and don't forget the Brownie Sundae for two--it's the perfect ratio of ice cream and brownie bites!
The ribs at Flame tree in AK are awesome! I think they offer them in Cosmic Rays's or Pecos Bill's in MK now too. We have eaten our lunch time meals at Flame Tree for every trip in since AK opened.
I second Hoop De Doo ribs.........., oooh, and their fried chicken, oooh, and their cornbread and salad, oooh and their strawberry shortcake ooooooooh.. I'm hungry now!
That would be the Rendevous in Memphis Tennessee. Otherwise don't torture your tastebuds on most of the WDW offerings. If you feel you must HOb and Flame Tree at least offer non-parboiled ribs that have been smoked. Neither of them has a sauce or rub worth a damn, but its about the best you can do on property.
