I saw it today, and it was sooooo wonderful!:D Anne does a very nice job as Mia....she makes you both laugh and cry. And she is beautiful enough to be a princess.princess: And what can you say about Julie Andrews....she definitlely is a queen. And that singing part she did was very good. I liked when she mattress surfed too! I thought the funniest part of the movie was when Mia and Nicholas fell into the fountain.:jester: I also loved Mia's archery lesson.:jester: I also thought the 2 actresses playing the maids were so cute and funny.(they should get their own sitcom I think.)

If you havent seen this movie yet, please go to see it. It is good clean fun.

P.S. At times during the film, I thought Anne looked a little like Belle.....especially in the coronation scene at the end. I think Anne could play Belle on Broadway.....she surely looks the part, and can sing too.princess:

I was kidnapped and taken to see it - although I never saw the first one. I have to say that it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I think Julie Andrews looks great! Annmarie

Yes, I agree! My DD, 10 and I enjoyed this movie!

I didn't, but DD did and she thought it was cute.

My mom took my DD's (14 & 6) last weekend and they LOVED it! Mom said she laughed and cried until she hurt and so did the three ladies sitting beside her as well as my girls.

I actually like it better than the original. Very cute!

We both liked it a lot, and gotta admit, we both got a little teary-eyed when Julie started singing...I know she doesn't think it was 'really' singing, and it might not be the 5 octave range she used to have, but she can still bring more warmth and heart to a song than just about anybody out there, and it was SO GOOD to hear her do it again!!

I took my 3 DS's ( 12, 10, and 6 years) and my 2 DNeices (10 and 7 years) to this movie on Tuesday. All 6 of us enjoyed it!

How many movies can you say that about?

I was so happy to see so many of the original cast members back. It would have been dreadful to see the sequel with someone else playing Lilly or Joe.

My favorite part was the Parade. And the wedding.

I saw it with a church group of senior citizens (mostly women.) The few men came out saying, "Typical chick flick." I said, "Typical Disney fluff."

my daughters and I saw it last night. hearing Julie sing was bittersweet...but the movie was cute and funny, albeit predictable.

My mom and I saw it two weeks ago, and we both really liked it :) I was kinda bummed that Mia's mom didn't have a larger part in the movie. This is one movie that I'll HAVE to get when it comes out on DVD.

yep Kaylee and I saw it together a couple of weeks ago! Awesome family movie!!

My older DD and I saw it last weekend. We loved it. She went to see it again last night with some friends.

i saw it the other day and i thought it was awesome, some people said they didnt like it but i thought it was funny and it was excellent. :bounce:

We saw it last night with our 8 y/o DS.....we all enjoyed it very much:D
