Here a a couple that I have tried and my family enjoyed them. They are WW recipes, but they are good.
Parmesan Chicken Cutlets (4 servings/3 points a serving)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp Italian style dried bread crumbs
1/8 tsp paprika
4 4-oz chicken breast
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In resealable plastic bag, combine cheese, crumbs & paprika; shake well
Transfer mixture to plate, dip each breast in mixture. Arrange on nonstick baking sheet. Bake until chicken is cooked (20-25 min)
Cal-161; fat-3g
Serve w/cooked pasta (add points)
Sweet & Sour Pork (6 servings/4 pts a serving)
1 can (15-16oz) pineapple tidbits (canned in juice)
2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp & 1 tsp cider vinegar
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp sesame or peanut oil
1 1/2 pds. boneless pork tenderloin
2 cups fresh bell pepper strips
Drain pineapple; reserving 1/2 c. juice; set pineapple aside. In small bowl, combine juice, soy sauce, vinegar & cornstarch, stirring until cornstarch is dissolved; set aside.
In wok, heat oil on high heat. Add pork; stir fry until well browned, 5-10min. Stir in peppers & pineapple. Add juice mixture; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, simmer, stirring occasionally until pork is cooked (5-10 min).

Hope these help. I look forward to hearing about others to try.
