Who has gotten spa treatments at GF?

I'm meeting a friend there in December for a girls' day out, but I have no idea what to select! Any tips?

It contains descriptions of all the services, and their prices.

Just to give you an idea, the spa has a very nice lounge area to relax in while waiting for your service. They also have a women's whirlpool and sauna. Most of the massages are done in private rooms so if you wanted to go that route, you'd probably want to plan on meeting back in the lounge area. Otherwise, you can go for a manicure, pedicure or foot massage. These are done in more open area's and you could sit next to each other and chat while enjoying the service.
