Who has Claudine as their Planner?

Just got a call last night from Claudine. She was so nice and we're very excited about planning this now. Should hear back from her in about a week or so. Just wondering if anyone else has Claudine as their planner?

I have Claudine!! She just called me last night too! I'm soo excited and can't wait to receive the planning kit! I think my Save the Dates are being mailed out this week too!!

Wow i wish i had my planner assigned already. And I am getting married before the both of you! July 15th. How did you all sign your contracts so early?

no. i mean we just signed our contract at the beginning of last week, so it's no biggie. I just was curious. It really does depend on who you work with i guess. Who was your consultant?
I think I'm just anxious to get the save the dates out, because our guests are all traveling from NY

My consultant was Pam Pearce (who i absolutley loved!)
I've been pretty anxious too, my guest are all from Canada and Europe. I would love to know my final numbers within the next few months.

I think we all just have to learn patience at this point!! Let me know if you get those AP vouchers! I am so curious if we will. It would releave so much money if they were. Let's keep our fingers crossed!

I went for a site visit a few weeks ago, and Pam assured me that we will get APs. So if they don't come by the end of the year, I will definitely give her and Claudine a call. But I don't see why they wouldn't

I got to sign my contract b/c we are having our reception at Atlantic Dance Hall so you can sign it at 1 year out. The ceremony will be at Wedding Pavilion. I'm sure you will hear from your planner soon!!

Are any of you going to arrange a planning session? I was very excited b/c we found out we will be vacationing in Disney for Christmas time. I was very disappointed to find out we can not have planning sessions during holiday times Now we can't have one so its all over the phone. This is really upsetting!

Majekmoon14- have you heard back from Claudine since your first conversation? Have you received your planning pack? It's been a week tomorrow, since she called and I was wondering if you heard anything else.

Hi All,

I have been assigned Claudine Sanchez as my planner, and I have to say that so far I am not impressed.

I really, really want to like her, and while she seems sweet, she has taken over a week to get back to me all of the first three times I have contacted her. This time, I asked about reserving spaces for additional events (not all the little details that I know aren't planned this early), and she has yet to get back to me. I'm concerned about these spaces getting taken by others while I wait for her to get back to me...so I'm not sure what to do.

Maybe it comes from living in the NYC metropolitan area, where everything moves at lightening speed, but I don't think I can operate like this for the next 9 months. I realize that she is handling other weddings, but she could at least respond that she is trying to handle my concerns.

Anyways, I'm looking for some positive feedback about Claudine, because I most certainly don't want to ruffle feathers unnecessarily at DFTW.

No one wants to do that, I even posted a whole thread about that b/c the last thing you want the do is tick off those at DFTW b/c like it or not they're in control.

It seems as though those on this thread have had a postive experience her. Just hold out for a couple more days and see if you get a call back. If not leave another message expressing the need for a quick response due to whatever scheduling needs you have.

Claudine ususally takes quite awhile to get back to me as well. I think she's just really busy, from what I can tell most Disney wedding planners are. I know my wedding is still 5 mths away but sometimes I feel unimportant! I want instant response! I'll let you know how it goes after our planning session in March when I offically meet her!

My planner is Carol and she usually gets back to me the same day...Gosh I was getting annoyed today because she had not emailed me back-

Also Pam was my sales manager and I got my save the date package but have not gotten the contract back or APs....

OK- my em just emailed me the contract...so does that mean no APs. I am going down for a planning session and would hate for them to wait until then to give it to us after we bought park tickets already, do you just ask for them? I feel funny about that and what would you say?
