I've seen a few posts regarding Costco having good prices on disney cruises; however, if you're not a Cosstco member, who do people recommend for great prices, reliability and friendliness. thanks.

Personally, I recommend Dana and michael at www.micdan.com
Great prices and AMAZING service

Have fun planning your trip :)

I started reading this board last Monday looking for the same answer. Having spent the last week trying to organize the Oct 15th Magic Cruise for 4 families (kind of late - I know - but the original planners did nothing for 2 months).

I searched this board and made note of all travel companies I could find that had only positive mentions (no contradictory postings). Those were Dreams Unlimited, All Seasons Travel, Mouse Ear Vacations, and micdan.com.

What I have found is that Dreams Unlimited seems to have the best rate on rooms in thier "disounted rate inventory" if they have to get rooms from the "DCL Inventory" then there rates are nothing special. Dreams Unlimited (DCL inventory), All Seasons Travel and Mouse Ear Vacations seemed to quote me almost identical prices. Michael @ micdan.com came in a minimum of $100 cheaper than the other 3 (except DU's discounted inventory).

We booked 2 rooms through Dreams Unlimited (their emails said the last 2 rooms in Cat 8 through Cat 11 in their inventory) and the other 2 through Michael @ micdan.com.

Duane at CruiseOne....877-280-8796....he'll beat all prices, give you the benefit of his many years of experience, and send you your docs FEDEX the same day he receives them....

We've used him on all of our cruises, and referred him to countless numbers of friends, family, and business clients....

We booked through vacationstogo.com it is our first time with them but my parents have used them for some very long cruise vacations. First a 24 day back to back Euro cruise and they just got back from a 30 day South Pacific trip. They have always high praise for them and Mom used to be a TA.
Icruise.com also had very good prices for my cruise.

I tried all of the travel agencies that were mentioned here. I got the lowest price from Cruise Travel but they have a $75 per person penalty if you cancel. I can't take that chance at this point in life. So I booked with Buy Cruises. No penalties and the best price for a Cat 6 balcony room for 2 adults.

It's our first Disney Cruise and we're very excited. I'll be looking here more often, now!

We found the best deal at cruisingco.com, via allearsnet.com. DU, Small World, and CruisingCo were all within about $200 of each other. Cruisingco was able to get us a better insurance program than Disney.

BTW, Priceline cruises had even lower prices than anyone else, but we had booked already.

I also use Dana at www.micdan.com she has wonderful service and is a joy to talk to. It doesn't hurt to give her a call! She will either do one of 2 things, beat you best price OR tell you that you got a great deal and to hop on it! I have used Dana for 5 cruises now :-)

I've booked with Costco(it is worth the membership fee), cruise.com, and www.cruisequick.com. I think cruisequick.com beat everyone else by A LOT last time.

We were going to book thru Expedia they were the cheapest I could find and I was walking thru Super Walmart and noticed that they have a travel agency there. I figured no harm to try. So I gave the lady my info for the cruise and she beat Expedia price by $250. For 2 adults and 2 children for the week of Dec 17-24 we are only paying $2400. SOme of the other prices I was getting was way over $3000.

Hugs
Tami

That sounds like a really good price tamicampbell. We don't have a super walmart here, but my mom has one where she is it. Maybe I'll have her check and see....my ds says his grandma lives there so it shouldn't be a problem. Thanks for the advice.

I was just there checking for rates for our 2006 cruise for June and it was much less than the traditional disney.com site. 1800cruises.com

I also vote for vacationstogo.com - great prices and service and beat all
the others for my request. Most think they are for last minute travel, but they can book Disney years out when they become available. Good luck! :flower:
