Who has a Kindle with "special offers"?

Does anyone have the Kindle with the special offer for 20% off a Sony laptop? If so, are you willing to share the code with a budget-minded fellow Dis-er?

Please PM me with the code, if you're not going to use it. I have the Kindle, but not the special offer. Now DH is kicking himself for not getting me that one. Thanks!

Yes, I know I would be lucky (and VERY thankful!). But it never hurts to ask, right?

The wonderful people on these boards swap codes/points to help each other all the time, without expecting anything in return. I figured it was worth a shot.

Technically it is against Amazon's TOS for the code to be sold or given to someone other than the owner of the Kindle. I realize it's being done all over the web but technically, if Amazon caught someone doing it, they could close your account and you would lose all of your books and other digital purchases.

Not worth it, IMHO.

OK, thanks. I figured it was frowned upon to sell the codes, but I didn't realize they couldn't be used by someone else. We'll move on to plan B.
