Who gets the +10?

Everyone can make ADR at 180, right? So who is the +10 category?
We will have a party of 16 and are trying to at least do 2 meals all together ...

If you are staying onsite, the +10 means that you can make reservations for up to the first 10 days of your stay, starting at 180 days out.
