Ann, I don't deny myself anything that I truly want to eat.
I'm just trying to make sure that if I want to snack on something that I am really hungry, not just bored. And when I choose that snack, I try to pick something that is better for me than I might have in the past.
Make sure you pile the sweaters on and keep warm down there.
I'm hoping that thinks get a bit warmer before we head out but it's not looking all that promising so far.

I have signed up on the WISH board for a weight loss challenge. I'm not really participating in the thread but I am planning on sending in my weigh in scores once a week. This just started on Jan 1.
On Dec 1, I decided to start eating better and since then I've lost 5 1/2 pounds
That is with going through the holiday season and taking time off my dancing classes. Now that I'm back dancing again I hope to continue my downward trend.

I started watching what I eat on January 3rd. Decided to count last Saturday as a holiday. Starting on the 3rd was tough as NSalz had us all to dinner that afternoon and she is a fantastic cook! I was good though and took small prtions and no seconds....a very tough challenge at her house! So far so ggod this week. I am tracking what I eat. I still have to exercise. The equipment is in my family room....I keep looking at it, but that's it so far!
