put in for my volunteer work via Disney's give a day get a day
and actively planning Mom and my cruise with WDW Radio (Lou Mongello) next February~

Tried that, but they have ONE location within a few miles, and it's a store. After that, everything is 9++++ miles away! The search is not really user-friendly, imo.

Hi everyone!

I've been thinking of you. Yesterday, Tom and I had some friends over for dinner....they were my guinea pigs. I made all new items, except for one. Everything was yummy!

Today, I saw Sherlock Holmes at the movies, got my eyebrows waxed, put flowers on my mum's grave & bought a bling-y phone cover!

Also, I bought one of those small (feet only) elliptical machines....it's kicking my an butt! (for those of you who don't know... "An Butt" is a BrerPapa-ism)

I tried to do some shopping this morning but couldn't find any of the things I was looking for

I had a very happy and exciting moment this morning though

I tried on a shirt that used to be a bit too tight and it fits now

That was enough to make my whole day

(too bad that I then went out and had KFC for lunch)

I lurk all the time...been really busy at work, yes that's a good thing

Mom's got me over on the WDW Radio forums getting to know some future cruisemates we'll be sailing with on the Dream in 2011. I am so glad Mom convinced me to go with her. It'll be my second cruise and have yet to get the old man on a boat Rose is a Royal Caribbean cruiser. For as much as she likes Disney I cannot for the life of me convince her to sail on a Disney ship.

Robin - Congrats on your shirt fitting again! That is SUCH a big deal and I know how happy you must be....

I have FINALLY started exercising and trying to eat right (although I REFUSE to stop cooking!). Unfortunately, if I'm in the mood to make something - you're darn tootin' I'm gonna eat it, too! I guess I'll have to exercise more those days.

Ya'll, this cold weather has creeped down to the south and I am NOT happy! Seriously NOT HAPPY!!! We're gonna have cold weather all the way until next week! Enough already!

Exercise is key if you wanna enjoy the food put before you

My cruise mates have me agreeing to a group weight loss.

There's a gym I can use in the school, I took spare clothes to keep there and change into,

now alls I gotta do is make time to physically go

Ann, I don't deny myself anything that I truly want to eat.

I'm just trying to make sure that if I want to snack on something that I am really hungry, not just bored. And when I choose that snack, I try to pick something that is better for me than I might have in the past.

Make sure you pile the sweaters on and keep warm down there.

I'm hoping that thinks get a bit warmer before we head out but it's not looking all that promising so far.

Colleen, good luck with your weight loss plans.

I have signed up on the WISH board for a weight loss challenge. I'm not really participating in the thread but I am planning on sending in my weigh in scores once a week. This just started on Jan 1.

On Dec 1, I decided to start eating better and since then I've lost 5 1/2 pounds

That is with going through the holiday season and taking time off my dancing classes. Now that I'm back dancing again I hope to continue my downward trend.
