DU - Mackenzie is adorable! She's about the same age as Emma...who just turned 2 yesterday. Where did the time go?

Well, the peanutbutter cheesecake is okay....I think everyone will like it, but I'm not jumping up and down over it. They are currently cut into bite sized pieces firming up in the freezer before I dip them in chocolate. I think that will make a big difference.

Well, I've got to scoot...lots to do!

The van turned out to be a Dodge Caravan..Red... ..

AS I sit here writing up more FORMS & paper work then should be allowed by law Oh yeah it is the government that gave us all this new extra work to do!!!!!! All I can think of is that 2 weeks from this very minute I should be waking up in Savnnah Georgia, having breakfest...getting ready to drive to Orlando.

I don't know for sure when the DVD's will be ready but I always look forward to seeing them.

While you are doing the performing it's kind of a surreal experience. Afterwards I can't tell you how good or bad I've done

I hope I "blended" into the group, that's all that I really strive for

All I can think of is that 2 weeks from this very minute I should be waking up in Savnnah Georgia, having breakfest...getting ready to drive to Orlando.

The recital went really well, thanks for asking.

I think that I did okay overall.

I did make a little mistake of not paying close enough attention to when my dance numbers were and I actually missed dancing in my hip hop dance at the evening performance

When I left the change room to head to the stage, my group was already on the stage performing.

Oh well, stuff happens

Unfortunately it was the dance that I knew the best

I had some people really PO'd at me too.

There were a couple of ladies that are even worse dancers than me ( I know, very hard to imagine that )

They were relying on me being in front of them so that you could follow me

They had to do it all on their own.

It was good for them.

Nope.

I thought that I would untie the laces on my tap shoes so that they would be quicker to put on the next time I needed them

The 30 seconds or so that took was 30 seconds too long, I guess.

This morning I went for a liver biopsy.

That was a fun way to spend a few hours, NOT!!

Actually the liver biopsy was not too bad but I had to stay in bed and wait for 4 hours afterwards before they would release me.

At least I had a good view of the hallway and the comings and goings of the xray department hallway

Heck, they brought me lunch which was an unexpected bonus

At least I had a good view of the hallway and the comings and goings of the xray department hallway

Heck, they brought me lunch which was an unexpected bonus

What did they give you for Lunch?????? When my parents go in for procedures...OMG The night before, they wonder what they will get for lunch the next day....When we are there they always want me to go see if they started giving the Lunch out yet....And after thea ate it...they review as to wheter it was good or not!!!!!

Moms last hospital stay was 4 hours, she had the stents put in her leg. The Bill was $23k ...But she still talks about the FREE lunch!

However ...bring her to Paneras & get a $7 sandwich...and she witches for a week on how expensive that place was (although good)!!!!!! Even though I paid!

I had tomato soup, a package of crackers, mashed sqash (I think), which tasted good when I added salt and margarine to it, a sort of chicken meat pie with a flaky topping and diced pears for dessert.

Also had a small carton of milk and a cup of tea.

I was glad it was almost time to go home since I wasn't even allowed up to the bathroom and there was a lot of liquid in that lunch

They told me it would take about a week to get the results but I don't have a doctors appointment scheduled yet.

The free lunch was definitely unexpected. I wasn't even thinking that they would offer it to me. I had brought some snacks of my own to hold me over though.

Maybe she felt sorry for me because I was there all alone

Liz dropped me off but I told her to go back home to bed since I would be at least 4 hours.

Didn't seem necessary for her to sit there that whole time although I have sat many, many hundreds of hours with her at hospital waiting rooms

I asked my mom who was in the audience how the dance went without me and she said.... it looked like something was missing

If those other two ladies have no one to follow they get lost really easily

I don't know if I mentioned to you guys that Liz has her job at the summer camp again this year. She will be gone for 8 weeks this summer (starting this Sunday) and Alex will also be there whenever he can, in between finishing off his schooling.

After Liz gets done at summer camp, she is planning on leaving me Her boyfriend got a job at the Toyota plant about 2 hours from here and she is going to go with him. They have found an apartment they like. I am going with her today to see it.

I will miss her. It will be very quiet around here without her BUT I'm happy for her. It is time that she gets out and starts to live her life. I don't want my kids to waste all of their young and fun years, even if I will miss them terribly.

Now on to the next stage for me. Time to figure out what I want to do with my life after putting it on hold for 25 years for my kids. That is one thing that I definitely will never regret doing though. For me, it was well worth any sacrifices that I had to make.
