I think you guys should watch some of the other dances on there too if you are interested. There is some pretty good stuff on there when you keep in mind that these kids learned all of this in just 8 weeks of classes.
OF COURSE we'll watch them all!! I think it's great what all of you have done - no matter how long you practiced/learned! :worship: I couldn't do it.

In the past 19 months, I only ONCE exercised outside my own home, and that was with my DSIL at Curves. No way am I a 'public-display' kinda person. :sad2:

She's got one now! :teeth:

Well she HAD one for a few weeks anyways.

She had to leave it behind when she left the recital tonight :sad2: It was only lent to her for the recital.

But hey, at least I never had to pay for it :teeth:

Oh I never thought that I was a public display kinda person before either but I managed to muddle my way through.

We always just say that whoever laughs can just get up there on the stage and show us how they can do it better ;)

What's really cute to see if the little ones at these recitals. the little ballerinas and tap dancers who go out there and are just so sweet. :goodvibes

That's okay because I don't think she was that upset

She wasn't really very fond of it anyways :rotfl2:

She especially hated that head piece. :earboy2:

Probably 'cause you teased her relentlessly. ;)

Hey Robin, sorry I gotta go. I have sooo much more to do tonight. :faint: And for some reason, I'm exhausted - go figure. Who knew serving lunch was tiring? :confused3

Night Kim

I'm tired too and should be heading off to bed myself.

Have a good weekend.

Good Morning Threadkillers!

How are ya? I'm feelin' GREAT this morning. :flower: Ready to go get ready to have b'fast & lunch with tinknutt!

Robin - the pics were great (and may I say again....) Oooh La La! :rotfl: I'm looking forward to the dance recital video. Lookin' good, girlfriend! Liz looked like a princess!

Kim - I would be exhausted serving hotdogs to a bunch of kids. To me...it's not the serving hotdogs, but the KIDS that exhaust me!

Sorry I couldn't stay on-line with ya'll longer - I was exhausted myself yesterday, but feeling perky today!

Take care and we'll chat more later! :cool1:

It's gonna :umbrella: all day today........

I hear the rain here today too :umbrella:

The 50th Anniversary party we are going to today I think was supposed to be an outdoor event :umbrella:

Oh well, I hope they have alternate arrangements :umbrella:

I think they have a pretty big house, I have only been there once and it was still under construction at the time. I have no idea how many people they have invited either :umbrella:

We are taking my mother and father in law with us  Should be fun, NOT

I have been really lazy this morning, slept in until about 20 minutes ago :cat: Now time to get moving.

Catch ya later :moped:

We have been teasing her for weeks about her Tinkerbell tutu

She says it is not like Tinkerbell because of the flowers and the beads on it :rotfl2:

The colour is perfect for Tink though. ;)

I was definitely thinking TINK!!, I loved the outfit!!! and Liz looked great in it. You both looked fabulous! :cheer2: :cool1:
Can't wait to see the DVD, although, I do believe Ann and I were on the ask list first or second for this one.....I think it should start down south and move back north!! :sunny: ..to.. :cold:

Ok Ok ... OOOoooolala

Had to fit in too!!

Had a great day with Ann, she says Hi, but she's going to nap and be on later, while I'm going to say hi now..try to nap...then off to work I go. :cool1:

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. :Pinkbounc

Robin - Loved the dance pics!

Chat with everyone later

ZJO Threadkillers....

Tinknutt is off to work delivering babies! We had an awesome day today. Got home around 3pm and took a nap til 5, went to church and now I'm home with DH and we're relaxing. He's reading the paper - I'm DISing - and we're both watching/listening to the football game!

Hope ya'll are having a good day!

 Got back home for the 50th anniversary party we went to. It was for a couple in Rick's family, that we are very fond of.

It was very nice. Held at the home of the couples son.

We were invited for dinner and what a dinner it was. It was catered and sitdown, held in the basement, since the weather wasn't quite right outside.

First we had an interesting salad. It had fancy greens with dried cranberries and dressing on it with little piles around the outside of the plate of small dill pickles, mandarin oranges, black olives and marinated red peppers. Very good but different.

Then we had what they called a spinach and cheese crepe but was more like a lasagna roll, boneless breasts of chicken in mushroom sauce, roasted potatoes and a nice mixed vegetable assortment.

Fancy desserts of many kinds to choose from were sent around the table and tea/coffee to end.

Of course there was wine too.

I wasn't expecting such a fancy meal but it was very enjoyable.

Hi! I got back a little bit ago from another BBQ

Rained out as well, all the women and babies were in the house and the guys were braving the rain.

Beautiful pictures Robin!

Hi to everybody else...TN, Ann, Betsy, Cally, Kim, BP (he's gonna weigh 300 lbs by the end of summer) and all the TKers and lurkers out there.

TZM, Ophie...where are ya!

MMJ and MMD - long time no hear----

 Colleen

You're up late and so am I but not for much longer :earboy2:

I'm tired and off to bed.

We do have a few TKers who are missing in action lately don't we :confused3

I wonder if we have scared all of them away :sad2:

G'nite ladies!

Sorry, no time to chat tonight. :guilty: My keyboard fried, and thankfully I had an old one here, but the right 1/3 of the keys on this one don't work. Trying to adjust. :sad2:

Sweet dreams! :cloud9:

 Hi All,
I think I'm the only one up :cloud9: . Working and Lurking.
Robin, your dinner sounds fantastic. Yum Yum.
