It was a long weekend, but I did it! Thirty minutes on the treadmill yesterday - and I really didn't want to, but pushed through it anyway! Yay!

YIPPEE! And the sun stayed behind the clouds- it rained on me and it still was a GREAT walk! Just finished my 4 mile walk this am- need to go stretch!
2 mile WATP tape with extra weights. This morning I did the 3 mile WATP tape with extra weights. It does a body good.
