It was a long weekend, but I did it! Thirty minutes on the treadmill yesterday - and I really didn't want to, but pushed through it anyway! Yay!

Who else got up and did something active yesterday? And who's planning more for today?

Tell me what you did - all you active WISHers help keep me motivated!!!

I admit that I didn't exercise yesterday, but I already have gotten in my 40 min. on the treadmill for today. I will do some crunches, lunges & squats later this afternoon. I have to give my legs a rest for a little while.:D

I left the house at 6:40am and returned at 8:20 am- It was almost 6 miles of walking! :) YIPPEE! And the sun stayed behind the clouds- it rained on me and it still was a GREAT walk! Just finished my 4 mile walk this am- need to go stretch! :) KEEP IT UP!!! EXERCISE is GREAT at keeping you focused and feeling strong! :)

I walked to CVS last night. I'm not sure how far it was but it took me 20 min each way and I'm not really a slow walker. Boy did that wear me out even more than when I walk for a half hour on the treadmill.

I did exercise yesterday. Dh rearranged the DVD players so one is now by the treadmill!! I walked for 50 minutes while I watched the first 1/2 of My Big Fat Greek Wedding. Mindless exercise, that's what I like! Tonight, I'll watch part 2. :)
 
Although I had a very very very very very....NON atkins weekend. I still exercised on Sunday (yesterday) I did the ellipitcal for 30 mins, which is a Hugh deal when you are crashing on CARBS like I was...lol. I am now going to really push myself...so I will be looking for tommorows thread!!

I love, love, love, love, love this thread!!!

Way to go, EVERYONE! :) I like the idea of a daily exercise check in thread, I can pretend I'm in my WISH cheerleading outfit shaking my pom poms for everyone (ha ha!) ;)

I just got back from rollerblading about an hour, just over. Phew! Did my lunges and squats and some plie (sp?) thingies earlier. Will do some crunches in a little while. Plan to power walk tonight with DH and sis.

Keep up the great work everyone! Build that muscle, strengthen that heart, pump that blood! :) Oh, and sweat too! ha ha!
 
I went to my club today and swam 20 lengths - I have my gym induction tomorrow morning at 9.00 :) I'm getting there ;)
 
I did!! :teeth: 2 mile WATP tape with extra weights. This morning I did the 3 mile WATP tape with extra weights. It does a body good. ;)

Yesterday I did exercise only b/c I skipped on Sat. On 7/7 I jogged three miles and did 40 mins of sculpting yoga.

Today I did the 3 mi WATP and Day 1 of 3 of a full-body type routine from SHAPE magazine for working muscles. I'm very green after seeing Karen's shapely triceps:bounce:

I'll even take it a step further - tomorrow morning I'll be jogging (2.5 or 3 miles) and doing the 40 min sculpting yoga.

(I apologize, maybe I should stay off the board until TOM leaves me alone and returns my normal sweet self back!)
 
Yesterday I walked 2.5 mi & swam .5 mi. I really got a good workout in the pool!

Today is my scheduled day off this week, a good thing because I worked extra hrs today & I was exhausted when I got home!
