Wow! Another good day yesterday! I did the first two miles of WATP, and then a half-hour of yoga. I like my yoga tape - but I keep tipping over when I have to do something on one foot
Still, it's a good stretch and even sort of fun!
Kamgen's nail polish post has inspired me, so I'm going to give myself a little reward when I drop my first five pounds: a CD of old cowboy songs from the '30s and '40s that I've wanted for awhile now. Yes, I'm a complete nerd, but I've learned to love my nerdy side, so cowboy songs it is! Very motivating!
So today, tell me what you did yesterday and THEN tell me what little reward you'd like for taking such good care of yourself!
