I DID!!! I DID!!!

Heh heh, just wanted to see if everyone was awake this morning :teeth:

Very proud of myself today - I did 40 minutes on the treadmill (Or "gerbil track," if you're Imgoingtodisney. Makes me giggle every time I read that.) And then I did the abs workout on my new DVD, Tamilee Webb's I Want That Body. Have you seen her? Who wouldn't want that body? Anyway...

The energy is just so positive among us WISHers!!! Folks here are proud and excited to post about their daily activities, and they SHOULD BE! IT'S A BIG DEAL! SAY IT LOUD!!!

It's so cool to see posts from people who get out there regularly, but it's equally motivating for me to see a post like PartyofSix's on yesterday's thread. First day of exercise in two weeks - WOO HOO! Great work! And you made it through 2 miles of WATP! Here's to you, from the "WISH monster"...

Wow, really had a lot to say today! Have a great one, everyone. Let me know what you did for exercise yesterday, and thanks again for keeping me motivated!

ME! ME! I DID, I DID!!!

I took my two days off over the weekend and woke up yesterday feeling bloated and heavy. Got on the treadmill and had just moved my time last week from 30 to 40 min. As I was approaching the 40 min. mark, I thought, I think I can do 10 more minutes and I did.

I felt so much better after that workout. I also did some squats. I just really need to work on my schedule of a routine and get in that habit.

Hang in there everyone, we are in this together.:D

Me too, me too!!!!!
I did a 15-minute power walk with Lola (she loves them!) and then the 2-mile WATP!!! AND was able to save points for the first time in a very long time!!!!

Me, too! WATP 2 miles and Curves 2½ go rounds. (@37 minutes) YEAH!!!
 

I did!! I walked 1 mile on the treadmill.

Hey, are you guys on the treadmill going for distance or for time on the track???

I DID I DID!

I did my 40 minutes of pilates (20 minutes basic and 20 minutes abs) as well well as 30 minutes step with 3 pound free weights.
 
I did!! Did my 1/2 hr workout at Curves.
 
I walked around my neighborhood 35-40mins and worked arms and abs at home.
 
yesterday I had a good day on the exercise part of it all - I did the 3 mile WATP tape and 40 mins pilates. In the evening I took our DD (dog) Sparky on a brisk 2 mile walk. Yea for us - burning fat!

Just a 2 mile WATP tape, but better than nothing, right?

Today (the 15th) I did 20 minutes of Pilates and a 2 mile WATP. Better!

Wish those scales would show more results!
 
Did Curves yesterday.

When I got home, ds (who just learned to ride his bike) wanted to go up and down the street. So I biked with him....up and down the street FIVE times....

So Curves and a five mile bike ride with a daredevil 6 yr old who gives me a run for the money trying to keep up.

I had wanted to do the treadmill last night and watch part 2 of Harry Potter, but I was too tired! :)

My DW and I went walking around our neighborhood for 45 mins, and for someone growing as she is she kept a great pace.

Three months to go for my DS and I can't wait to take him on physical adventures...

yipee, yipee, yipee......

Daddy's handsome man is almost here.......
 
Yesterday ws my first day doing WATP - I did 1 mile and really liked it!!
 
I did WATP, 2 mile tape and then Power 90 sculpt 1-2, and also Power 90 ab blaster. To everyone else that worked out, great job!
 
I love this thread!!! Thank you so much Daisy!! Yesterday I walked both in the morning and at night - someone was using the elliptical ;) so I think I logged about 4 miles!!! Today I found my get up and go again and walk/jogged for 3 miles and I'm about to do my pilates tape. Tomorrow my goal is to do my WATP tapes and advanced pilates - we'll see how it goes. I just got slammed with a bunch of stuff at work but exercising is such a great destresser for me that I'm hoping I can do something. Congrats everyone!!
 
As bored as I am with it I did 35 minutes on elliptical, 30 minutes on abs and arms.

I really need to shake it up some.... but what to do with the sth florida heat and no $$ in the check book!!
 
Bowled for 2 hrs, also 15 min w/ my dumbbells.

Just realized that I've lost more weight overall than my bowling ball weight! When I think how heavy that darn ball feels sometimes it makes me feel like I've accomplished something!
 
I did. On Monday, right? I rollerbladed and did abs and then power walked after dinner. :) Woo-hoo! :)
