I know sometimes a little help is needed with this thread, so I will start it this a.m. because I won't be back online today.

I got home from dinner with my mom and kids last night and finally got the kids to bed about 9:00. So, of course, it was once again time to meet with my exercise guru, Leslie Sansone and Walk Away the Pounds. I did the two mile and am going to go look on E-bay today for a 3 mile DVD.

I have already done it again this a.m since I have to work for DH tonight at the Yacht Club, but that is for a new post tomorrow.

Have a great long weekend everyone and good luck staying on plan!

I did1 I used my Pilates tape. Boy, did I feel it in the abs today.

I did, I actually draggged myself out of the chair and worked out to Sweatin' to the oldies 1 tape. I really want to get the WATP tapes, but they aren't available in the UK, so I'll have to oreder them from the US.

I pulled my randon in his wagon up and down hills, all through the neighborhood, for a total of 4 miles! I was exhausted!

I did my nightly 5 mile walk at the tennis courts last night.
Nothing for me tonight. I was totally lazy today because it is my last day off before I go back to work tomorrow for the semester. I am a nurse at a local college. I will get up tomorrow and make sure to do something, I am just finishing dinner now in front of the computer and don't think I want to do the WATP tape after eating.

Curves for me. Stopped about 5 minutes early b/c I was skipping some beats when I checked my pulse!

Hi everyone,

I am here in Vegas visiting my mom, and while I haven't been able to do the WATP's like I wanted to, yesterday and Thursday we shopped ALL DAY LONG! I would say we walked about 5 miles on Thursday, and probably at least 4 yesterday. Not sure if that counts.........but it was exercise. Tomorrow we are going up to the mountains to go hiking!! YEAH!!

It seems my computer time keeps dwindling and since I am pretty boring with my exercise routine (4 miles 4 days in a row, break one day, then repeat) I don't often post to this board.....but when I saw 8/29 I had to!! :)

8/29 is our wedding anniversary (#11) and thanks to WISH my husband and I celebrated this anniversary 77 pounds less than we did last year!!!! I've lost 44.5 and he's lost 32.5!! :) Just had to jump in and say what a GREAT gift WISH has been for us- and encourage all you exercisers!! Keep it up!! I know as long as I keep up this walking- I'll never gain a pound and if I watch what I eat I just can't help but lose- walking has been my pal these past 4 months.....so everyone who's trying to keep the exercising going- YIPPEE- it'll pay off BIG!!! :)

Made it to the gym for a total of 45 min cardio, also did abs & stretching.

Congrats Tara, you and your husband have much to celebrate;)
