First, I have to apologize for not posting the last couple of days. I've been taking a look at my priorities, and realized I've been spending too much time sitting in front of a computer. Sooooo...
If I'm not around every day to start the exercise thread, will you all be able to take up the reins? I know you will, since you WISHers are the most dedicated folks EVER!
Had a superb day yesterday - tried my new Pilates DVD for the first time. This feels like something I could definitely get used to!!! Yay, new exercise!!!
(And who thought I would ever say that?)
So what did YOU do yesterday? With kids going back to school, a lot of us have different schedules than we did for summer. Is this making it easier or harder to get active? Tell it here!!!
