Good morning, all!!!

Another day, another chance to be active! I did only two miles of WATP yesterday - I had "helpers," my 11 y/o DStepS and his 12 y/o friend. Good effort, great enthusiasm, small living room...

I was just thinking about what a huge difference WISH has made in my life. If anyone told me three months ago that I would be exercising nearly every day, I would have said BALONEY!!!

But here we are! Knowing that I'm going to check in with all of you every day is definitely a driving force for me. I want to be active and healthy like the rest of you WISHers!!! :Pinkbounc And I'm doing it! :Pinkbounc

A huge thank-you and a bunch of hugs to all of you who check in here every day. Because of good people like you, I'm changing my life! You're amazing!

So tell me what you did to get active yesterday, and pat yourself on the back for being such a positive force in this woman's life.

Thanks everyone, and have a super day,

Daisy;)

ME!!!! :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

I just did the 1 mile WATP tape but that is progress over the 0 mile! :p ;)

I really need to get more serious about the exercise thing. I am committing myself to 3x a week so start yelling at me if you don't see me around on this thread at least that often! :)

UMM - hangs head in shame!!!!
Sorry guys - just didn't have time yesterday, what with getting all the shopping and cleaning done and then Colin came round early so I cooked etc.

I did manage about 2 hours of what fitday describes as 'vigorous':p So maybe that counts??? Well it's certainly a good cardio workout!

I did WATP 4 miles express and then Ab blaster 200 in the morning and in the afternoon I finally got to dust of my bow flex and do a 20 minute workout on that. It has been in storage all summer long and now with everyone gone for the summer I can finally use it again.

two days in a row!!! due to time constraints, DH and i went for another walk last night. we walked at a pretty brisk pace for about 25 minutes!

Last night was day 4 in a row for WATP

I did! I was at the gym for 45 minutes this morning. I think I like working out in the morning instead of the evenings... makes it seem like I have more time after work :)

I managed to get in 20 minutes on the elliptical and about 10 minutes lower body weights.

Great job everyone!
:D

I did the evening mile WATP. I'm back down to the 1 mile. Even though I walked in Disney it wasn't as fast paced. I'll ease back into the two mile or just do the morning mile and evening mile.

I did! I did! Ahem.
I did the Windsor Pilates 20 min before work, AND I did the Windsor Pilates 50 min before bed.
Now, I know it is not good to do my exercises before bed, but it was the only time I had so I dit it. Then I stayed up a bit and read a bit of the latest Harry Potter book I finally picked out of the library. I have another busy evening, so I wonder what I will get to tonight. I am trying to be determined to do something...anything!

I did the two mile WATP yesterday as well as Monday...and I worked out on my Total Gym which we unburied from the garage over the weekend.

My plan is to do this Monday through Friday...the weekends are pretty unpredictable  Plus, I'm not ready for my family to gather round and watch me do it! LOL

WOW! Daisy, thanks so much for starting this thread! I just love reading all the responses! Everyone is doing a GREAT job of getting up and moving! Woo-hoo! Three cheers for all the exercising WISHers!!!!! :)

Yesterday I did my leg workout and then went rollerblading. Only got about 4.5 miles into the workout when a big thunderstorm decided to blow into town, rats! But I did burn some calories vacuuming the entire house and cleaning our bathroom and doing laundry, woo-hoo! Who ever thought household chores would be such a welcomed activity! ;)

I fell last night. Not physically, but off my program. :( Had a bad day, ended up depressed by the time I got home, just didn't feel like exercising. I bet I would have felt better if I could have gotten the motivation to do some Tai Chi, but I didn't feel like doing anything. I'm hoping I don't fail again tonight. :(
