I did! It was tough to get motivated yesterday after work. I was trying to talk myself out of it, but I made myself get on my treadmill and work out on the Bowflex. I felt really good afterwards for doing it.
Even though I was under the weather this week I still managed to get 45 minutes of cardio in. It was rough going and I wasn't able to run like I usually do, my body just wouldn't let me, so I walked instead.
