I DID!!

Went to a 45 min spinning class and did my 8 mins in the morning exercises

off to shower -- have a wonderful ON PLAN day!!!:wave2:

I did - we have a new exercise station - the Weider Crossbow Platinum. That thing will give you one helluva workout. I did that and some time on the treadmill.
 

I did The Firm's Cardio Burn Plus Abs this morning! OhMom, after reading your post, I now have that song "Spinning" in my head..."I'm so dizzy, my head is spinning...!":tongue:
 
One hour of BodyPump this morning and I feel like a better person. I've got a cold, and really was lacking motivation, but now that it is over, I feel so much better. My nose isn't even as stuffy!
 
I did...2 miles on the treadmill and an hour long yoga class....boy she worked us hard today.
 
I started off my morning with the Winsor Pilates 20 min cd. I plan to do something else tonight, just not sure if it will be at the gym with DH or on that boring ole TM.
 
I did, late again,so I guess I won't sleep well, again;) Who cares, I am staying motivated and right now that's more important as I know the sleep will take care of itself. My treadmill is still out of commission so I again used my old mult-rider thing for 40 minutes, and I really feel like I get more out of it than the TM because I have to use my whole body. Anyway, another day including the exercise to keep my promise to myself to be patient; I will lose the weight.:teeth:

20 MIN. on the treadmill :wizard: Im so pround of my self for getting back on track... congrats to all of you
 
Did my usual 1 mile WATP/no weights and then the pilates to cooldown. a nice workout to end my day.

Well, I am so proud to finally say "I Did!!" :tongue:
I haven't exercised in more than a week because I wasn't feeling well, then was out of town.... Just excuses!:o
I did 30 min on the *evil* stepper last night. I made a date with him for tonight too!;)
 
40 minutes of jogging (2.8 miles) for me.

Great job, everyone! You can do it! :hyper:
 
I did the FIRM Complete Aerobics and Weight training and ran up and down the stairs 6 times.
