Well, I haven't yet but I plan to this evening. I (will) go to Curves on Mon, Tues & Thurs evenings. Went last night for my first time on my own (my last session I had to have a trainer follow me around to show me the machines).

Have to say, I saw a woman there working out that had such a great body, even I was staring at her... :earseek: , anyway I told her that if I had a body like her's I certainly wouldn't be there exercising, I'd be at the local Baskin Robbins stuffing my face with ice cream! She laughed & said she just goes there as a stress reliever since she has 2 y/o twins. :eek: I guess we all need exercise for one reason or another! :p
 

I love exercising first thing in the morning!!! I did FIRM BSS1 body sculpt (the lower body portion).

I am particularly proud of myself because I did 6 real "up on your toes" push ups. First time ever I've been able to do push ups in my life where I wasn't on bent knees. I couldn't do it for the entire time but still six real push ups is a start!
 
Me too! Went for a run this morning....felt sooo good! I'm coming off a nasty cold and hadn't had a *good* workout since Thursday!
 
Hi!

I ran one mile, did my stretching, yoga, and qigong, did my lower body workout, rode three miles on my recumbent bike, and four miles on my 3-speed bike. I am going to rest now.

If I have enough energy/time, I will go to my yoga class tonight.

Me! Just finished 1.5 miles on my treadmill, at a slight incline.

It took me 31.5 minutes, but that's about the fastest I can go! I *know* it helps my health, even at only 3 miles an hour.
 
I just finished cardio sculpt and used 10 pound weights for the leg lifts and bicep curls, this was my first time using the heavier weights.
 
I did the one mile WATP with a can of soup in each hand!!! Yeah, and to think I wasn't going to do this today!!! Guess what that means....a skinny cow for me!! I already added it to my points, but will eat it later!!! Yummy!! and Yeah!!!!:teeth:
 
I did 2.5 miles on the elliptical in 25 minutes!
I did 125 crunches working both my "regular" abs and my obliques.
I swam 16 laps...and then i went in the whirlpool!

It's a beautiful day, so I think I will take my dog for a walk this evening, too... Going out for dinner every night for the next five nights or so...actually, six with Easter. OUCH! I will have to be careful.

I took a 1/2 hr walk outside (coat, hood, sweatshirt, gloves) after work
Brought my total steps to over 15,000 for the day
 
Did my weight workout and a couple miles on the treadmill-again at 10pm; whatever works!

Walked 40 minutes with hubby and dog. I LOVE daylight savings time!
 
Late to post but, I exercised earlier, around 3:30.

Kicked it up again today and did the 50 min., 3 mile WATP video with wrist weights.



I feel like such a wimp when I read all your posts. :(
