Who exercised Tuesday 10/14??

I didn't get any "real" exercise in yesterday but I did get called in to work to unload/unpack the latest freight shipment. That definitely felt like a workout to me and that usually isn't what I do when I go to work.

I did tae-bo...and gave my dogs a bath :teeth: Let me tell you, that was more of a work out than the tae-bo ::yes::
 
I did the 3 mile WATP in the AM and the 2 mile WATP in the PM. I have to make up for not exercising last Thurs. & friday.
 
I did, & hope you don't me posting on this thread! I though I posted to yesterday's but didn't see my post-lol :)

I did lower body weights and then did walk/run segments on the TM for 30 mins.

I did my 40 minute pilates tape. Who ever said pilates wasn't an aerobic workout? ;)
 
I did my 50 minutes on the treadmill and 25 crunches using the exercise ball. Keep up the work everyone.

Guilty here! Sorry I didn't mean to upset anyone. I just meant that it was...well I guess I don't know what to say. Anyway I love Winsor Pilates; it is a GREAT workout!

For those still wondering, there are a few library books to read up and be informed of the process. I was not able to locate any videos of the routine at the library before I purchased mine.
I did the 20-minute Winsor Pilates routine with DH.

I haven't exercised for a long time. :o I know it's not supposed to be aerobic, but it sure is for me. :)

welovedis, we LOVE that you're posting to this thread - everyone is welcome, of course! I poked around a bit, and it looks like you accidentally posted to last Monday's thread (10/6 instead of 10/13) with your exercise for Monday 10/13. I'm sure no one would have deleted your post! :D

Now everyone get out there and move your body today! :cool:

What an awesome stretch of exercising you have accomplished! I may start putting a similar counter in my posts to help keep me motivated!

Honeymo78, you'd be surprised at how much "exercise" you get without thinking it's "exercise"!

Yesterday I did a bunch of stuff, so much that I earned like 11 activity points with WW!
