I did outdoors again. Since it was so hard the day before I thought I needed to go at it again only slower. I did an hour and 3 miles this time instead of 4.
BIG weekend plans here:
I am doing Race for the Cure tomorrow--probably the 1 mile this year. (I was going to do the 5k, but the day for this changed to be on the same weekend as the Towpath Marathon and I loved that one last year too). I am registering tonight for the 5k for Sunday on Towpath Marathon Day. I am figuring that these are getting me in readiness for 2005 WDW Marathon (half). My goal is to increase my length and time as the end of this year approaches so hopefully I can do a half marathon by September next year as a trial. Right now 4 miles is endless for me. I wonder about 13+...if it is realistic for an old lady such as me.
