Oh I did.....I have the sore legs to prove it. I did an hour on the treadmill and then 30 minutes on the recumbant (sp?) bike. I should of stayed on the treadmill...I could of burned off twice the calories then I did on the bike, live and learn.
Me too! I did my FIRM ab sculpt and was even able to do the crunches and sit up and see over my tummy for each repetition set. I think my "core" is slowly but surely getting stronger.
I did!! 27 minutes of step aerobics and then some Tae-bo. Boy am I tired!!! However, I don't want to start losing muscle, I want to gain it and really burn some fat. Have a good day all!!!
Thanks Julie, seeing this post earlier helped me do the 40 minutes on the multi-rider contraption. Thank goodness for the Treadmill Man arriving tomorrow to fix it That mult-rider is actually tiring me out more than the TM because you have to use your upper body too, but it's not as much fun.....

I hit the Crossbow with a vengence this morning. Quick warm up on the treadmill, then I lifted for about 30 minutes followed by a cool down on the treadmill.
