On Saturday I assembled our new home gym. It took me nearly 4 hrs to do by myself. I'm counting that as some exercise b/c by the time I was done I was sweating and really tired.

Sunday I actually used the gym. I was amazed at how out of shape I have become in the last year. Even with the lowest weights it's a struggle just to do one set. At least I'll be able to see my progress.

I did pilates on Saturday, as well as just not sitting down for more than 5 mins. I was so busy Saturday cleaning the house and doing crafty things with DD and shopping and so on, that at times, I literally had to stop and catch my breath. So I'm counting that! Sunday was not so good, but I did manage to get my pilates in at 9:00 pm. I wouldn't recommend that. I was tired, and, therefore, didn't get a very effective workout, plus it jazzed me up and I had trouble falling asleep. Good luck to everyont this week!

Keep the Faith!

on saturday I did 3 mile Walk Aerobics and 20 mins pilates and on Sunday I took a 40 min bike ride. This is really a proud moment for me to report in - I don't usually accomplish exercising on Sundays!

I went to Curves on Saturday, and yesterday I pulled out the WATP 3 mile tape (hadn't done this one in quite some time!) I got to the 1 1/2 mile marker and thought, this is gonna kill me ... but it didn't and I did make it through using the weights. Not my favourite though, give me the 2 mile anyday!

Now to just keep the momentum up for this entire week!

I did my WATP one mile Saturday morning. Saturday night my DH, DS, and I walked around the mall for three hours so I'm going to count that too. Sunday I didn't get a chance, but I did avoid a very tastey piece of birthday cake. I was proud of myself for that.:D

I excercised my right arm......... on the slot machines in ATLANTIC CITY!!!!!! lol;) I do all my excercising during the weekdays. But I did do alot of walking ont he boardwalk.;)

Twice for me! I worked out at Curves on Saturday, and took a 50 minutes bike ride with DH on Sunday - 9 miles, with some nasty uphill climbs.

Great job, everyone! Keep it up!

Well I made last Friday a rest day. I usually exercise, but it's been a long couple of weeks as we prepare for cheer competition. I was exhausted and dh said, just rest. No one said you have to exercise everyday! So I said your right!

Saturday morning, I got up with good intentions. I got up early enough to do one of my 1 hour FIRM tapes. Just as I got into DD tells me she has a Birthday Party. I knew she did, but I thought it was in the afternoon. It's at 12, Its 8:30am now, so I wouldn't have time to exercise for an hour, get ready, go to the store and get her there by 12pm. So I did the WATP's 2 mile walk (only 30 minutes). Messed up my whole day, but I survived.

Sunday was my normal rest day.

Saturday DH and I did the 3-mile walk for ALS in our area. They said it would be a "leisurely 3-mile walk" but it was faster paced than I thought it would be so I had a hard time walking, breathing and talking at the same time!! :teeth:

But, I accomplished it and was about in the middle of the pack...did NOT want to come in last! It felt good!!
