I took Saturday off (and I've told myself I could take the weekends off), but Sunday, after sitting around all day and watching football and eating alot of buffalo wings and 2 mich ultras I got home and even though I didn't cheat, I just felt like I needed to give my metabolism a little boost so I did the 3 mile WATP. I was really proud of myself afterward for doing it too!
Friday night we walked around the local fair for a couple of hours (& managed to stay away from the goodies .) Saturday I did a lot of housework including cleaning out & rearranging the closet - this was a lot more work than I thought it would be. Yesterday we went to the Browns game & probably parked at least a mile from the stadium - so we got a couple of miles in that way. Since we were running late - we really hussled, too!
I did! I did! I worked out on the eliptical machine on Saturday and roller bladed my dogs for 1/2 hour on Friday. Sunday was technically my day off, but I think all my house cleaning and laundry activities count as exercise too!
I walked about 3 miles on Friday - at WDW doing the Backstage Magic tour (I took my pedometer with me, but I guess buttons were pressed when they weren't supposed to so it messed the nbrs up).
Sat I walked around Downtown Disney, and around the ASMusic resort. I also only did steps going to/from my room (2nd flr). Sunday wasn't much---had to come back home
