I did my 2 mile WATP tape, I know I should bump it up to the 3 miles, but I am just too lazy. I am anxious for some nice weather so I can walk outside.
Morning everyone! I did WATP 4 Mile Super Challenge and the upper body portion of Firm's Body Sculpt (too lazy to do the lower body part along with it). Have a great week everybody!
I did the FIRM ab sculpt video on Sunday morning. I am loving the fact that I can get through the video now without feeling like I'm going into cardiac arrest!
sunday was supposed to be an off day, but i wanted to switch my off day to today (monday), so i ran 2 miles at the gym, walked 15 mins, and did crunches.
Sunday was suppossed to be an off day for me 2. But after taking a rest day on thursday I decided to exercise b4 bed last night.
**Did my WATP 1 mile tape(no weights) and my Pilates for a cool down immediately after. I love how it makes me feel to do them both. Especially since there really isn't as much stretching with the tape as i would like.
I played catcher for Nick at his baseball pitcher clinic on Sunday. It amounted to an hour of squats I think Alot of squat dwon, miss the ball, stand up and go find the ball, come back and throw the ball back to Nick, and then repeat at least 100x. My legs are sore today!!!
