I didn't see this thread so I thought I'd start one (sorry if this is a dupe!)

I walked 2.25 miles this morning outside. Did not push myself for time, just wanted to enjoy being outside in this beautiful weather!


Anyone else?
 
walked outside 1/2hr before taking DS to Mystic Aquarium for the day
thinking of getting back out for another 1/2hr

not only did I get back out for another 1/2hr but I stayed out there for 50mins!
 
Did my usual weights routine and three miles on the treadmill changing the speed and incline when I got bored. :teeth:
 
Me! :Pinkbounc Have completed week 5 of the Couch to 5K program - 8 minutes jogging/22 minutes walking! :teeth: Also did some arm work with the free weights when I got home.

Great job everyone!! :)
 

I mowed the whole lawn, it took me over an hour and a half. I sure wish I had a pedometer to see how many miles I walked. I had the speed up as high as it would go, and got a pretty good brisk walk in.
 
I was up bright and early this morning and did FIRM cardio sculpt with Allie! Gotta love that fanny lifter!!!!
 
I just finished walking about 15 minutes ago. I was out for 30 minutes. I haven't clocked it in miles yet, but I'll get in my car in just a bit to do so. Curious to know how far I walked because it didn't seem like far at all, but since I've started walking more, nothing seems like a long walk til I feel my legs burning. That's when I know I've gotten a good walk in when the legs start to burn! :crazy: ::yes::
 
Does walking around all day at a Stamping Expo count? I wish I had a pedometer to tell me how much we walked. My feet hurt and I have a headache from overload on all the new ideas I got LOL.

i started my day with a PowerWalk with Leslie -- 3 miler
 
I did. Even though it was AFTER a short nap this afternoon. :o I did the 3 mile WATP video. :D
 
Did my Y routine - also swam a couple of laps in their pool. After just one week of stength training I can see a noticable improvement in my endurance for the laps.
 
DH and I took a long hike (~100 minutes) with lots of hills. I definitely felt the workout! :cool:
 
I did the FIRM Super Body Sculpting and the FIRM Sculpted Buns, Hips and Thighs.
