I was happy with myself because even though I was up at the cabin with my family that does not usually exercise - I did!
On Saturday, I woke up and did my pilates the best I could in a small room of the cabin without the DVD. Tried to remember all of the moves. I also went swimming for about an hour. We did some walking but not enough.
On Sunday, I played boche ball for a couple of hours and chased the kids around for a long time.
Monday I walked with my neighbor but took it pretty easy.
I am looking forward to getting back on track!
