I did one of the FIRM Video tapes. I did it so late last night that I dont' feel I got as good of a work out as I could have. My movements seemed very delayed. I still sweated up a storm though.
sorry about not starting a thread today. I got off to a late start and am having some serious upper arm pain today - can't lift my arm above shoulder height. Yesterday I walked 2miles on the treadmill.
Curves. And it was measure day. I'm still shrinking!!! So far I've lost over 21 pounds, over 25 inches and over 16 pounds of body fat! (my body fat percentage has gone from 35.3% to 28.5%!)
I did my 45 minutes of cardio and I logged in over 13,000 steps for the day. Skipped the weights today since I had a meeting, but with the cardio and walking I think I did alright for the day. Tomorrow is a day of shopping with the ladies, so I think I should get my walking in again, then Wednesday it is back to the gym.
