Hi son of Mermaid, You are very brave to go on TOT when you are 7 years old!:D I did not go on it but my son who is 8 went on it and he was very scared! He told me the walk inside the hotel part and the Disney workers were scarier than the ride! He did not throw up but he told everyone that he got "terrorized by the Tower of Terror"! :teeth:

I hope you had a fun trip!:sunny:

I am 43 and did Not go on tower of Terror.
DS, 11, did Not go on Tower of Terror, he did go on Doctor Doom's Fearfall and that is why he did not go on Tower of Terror.
You are pretty Brave!

not only did I feel like I would throw up, I felt like my knees were rubber.. I was shaking!

I did go back and ride it one year later and loved it. Now I ride with my hands up in the air...it's more fun that way!

I hope you had a great time at WDW:D

Did you want to vomit because you were so scared or because it made you sick? If it was because you were scared, are you going to go on it again sometime?

I am much older than you and too chicken to go on Tower of Terror. I think you are very brave and smart for going on the ride at your age. Now you know what it's like and can say you survived the Tower of Terror. Was it as scary as you thought it would be or scarier than you thought it would be?

Hi Son of Mermaid.. my son who is 7 loves it ( his first ride was when he was 6 ) he says your stomach keeps going up and down like when your mom drive over a little hill fast and you are sitting in the back seat and it tickles your tummy . My daughter who is 10 rode it once and she does not like it at all.. part of it scares her and she doesn't like the stomach thing. I hope you try it once and can see for yourself what its like

I usually get pretty nervous on the Tower of Terror. I have learned when to expect the drop so that I can feel a little better.

The last time I rode it, we got stuck at the top just before going into the drop tower. We stopped moving but the sound kept going. It was talking about how we were going into the Twilight Zone, but we knew we were not there yet. All of the people started screaming.

Then, the lights came on. There are cameras looking down into ride and it looks really spooky, even in the light.

I was more scared than ever when we finally went. Even though we went through the drops with the lights on. I thought that if the ride stopped, it might be broken. The last thing I want to do is drop in a broken elevator!

How brave to ride it at 7! My wife really had to give herself a pep talk in order to ride it, and she's...well, older than 7. :D

I only got queasy on the virtual-reality rides, like Mission Space and Star Tours, but never bad enough to vomit. (Mission Space is still my favorite.) None of us got sick on ToT.

I got so sick on Back to the future at Universal I'm afraid to try TOT. My kids love it and no one has gotten sicky, just scared.....

When I was about 6 or 7,I did throw up on the Tower..
It was scary at that time :( It was the drops that frightened me...it felt really weird...

I want to thank everyone for replying to Jack's thread. He rode Tower of Terror last fall when he was 6 and it is his FAVORITE ride (he went back and rode it again with his Dad- while his sister and I passed!)

My DD is 17 now and has ridden TOT only twice and now will not go on again. She does not get sick, but doesn't like the drops, or the feeling of lifting off the seat that the drops give you.

One time I felt like I was going to throw up after doing TOT, RnRC and then doing Star Tours. I now make sure that there is plenty of time between when I do each ride. I only do RnRC once in awhile. My DH loves to ride RnRC, but then he also loves listening to Aerosmith.

Good to hear you didn't let the sick feeling keep you off it again.
