We are going tonight. We are going to make an evening of it including dinner together and a stop at Build a Bear to make a Holiday Bear, Reindeer, Snowman, or whatever they want. I've been looking forward to this all week, you'd think I was one of the kids! :p I wonder if they are as excited as I am about this? I hope the line to see Santa isn't that bad, I'm hoping because it is still early in the month that we won't have to wait very long.
So, who else is going to see Santa soon?

We won't see Santa until Monday - we are avoiding the weekend crowds! ;)

But we do want to go to Build-a-Bear soon - did you know that they have Frosty the Snowman this Christmas...er, Holiday season?

Ahhhh, you're a good mom. I get that way too --- looking forward to doing things with kids.

Not this weekend, perhaps we usually do breakfast with Santa at a firehouse station. That's common here.

I already did. I had to take the dog as well. It was the only way to get DD to go. They get difficult when they become teenagers!

DS made a Frosty last weekend -- right after DW took him for breakfast with Santa :goodvibes :goodvibes

Yep, I saw that a few weeks ago when we walked past there. My daughter will probably make some type of pink animal and then dress it Christmasy. My youngest son will probably go for the Frosty. My oldest son wants to make something crossed between a Ninja and Santa.

We took ourse several weeks ago. They were adorable, and took the best picture ever with Santa.

Great picture, Peg! Where was that made at?

my kids won't go to see santa! :confused3

My 10 year old says he is tooo big!

My 7 year old says he doesn't know what he wants yet so he doesn't want to waste santa claus' time

and My 4 yr. old is terrified of him...she won't even wave at him!

I guess there goes my idea of christmas cards this year! :guilty:

Lol, I remember when my twins had their first Christmas my oldest son was 4 and he refused to be in the picture because he was scared of Santa! So, that year, I just have a picture of my twins with Santa. The next year he was over it though.

We are going tomorrow and then we are going to see Narnia

My son's not interested. As you can see from the picture below. He just doesn't like characters. He's not afraid, he just doesn't want to get near them. We went up to DH's work for a special family day. He wasn't interested in Santa there either. I hope my younger one is like this too, then I never have to deal with it. :rotfl:

The kids already said a quick hello to Santa on Black Friday. But this weekend we'll be going to take pics with him in their Christmas dresses. The set up at our mall is wonderful this year, it's all Narnia themed and you walk through a snowing globe just to get to him. We're also going to a Holiday parade this weekend too. :-)

DD is too old to go anymore. A church down the street from our house is putting on a live nativity scene, or play or something. I want DD to see the true meaning of the holiday so I plan on taking her to see it tomorrow night. From what I understand there will even be sheep, and other animals there. If it is too bitter cold I wonder if they will keep it outdoors? We will see.

Yes, of course they count, lol!!! I have taken my dogs to see Santa before too!

I really wanted to take my little furbaby to see santa this weekend for photo's at Petsmart. However, I think he may nip at Santa- so I can't. I bought him the cutest holiday sweater for the occasion too. :guilty:

DS is too "cool" to go- so thats a no-go too. I need little kids again because I really miss that stuff.

It was taken at DTD. They are currently allowing dogs to visit DTD and have their picture taken with Santa.

DD took her picture with santa and it came out wonderful. She is getting older, so I have to make the most of each year.
