Who else is going to WDW in Dec?

I was just curious how many others here will be spending time at WDW in Dec, We are going Dec. 18-26. Thought it would be fun to see who else was going. our family will consist of me, DH, Ds (16) DS(18), his GF, My Brother.

We are going Dec. 6th - Dec 17th. Can't wait Me, Dh, Ds 1, Mil, Dh's cousin, My Aunt, 2 cousins 1 & 11, Cousin and her Dh and maybe my Mom and 2 brothers 15 & 13.

We're going for the 10th - 19th.

Sometimes it seems like half the people on these boards are going in December. Makes me nervous about crowds, but then I remind myself that there are just more Disney savvy people here than the general population.

DH and I will be there from December 28th to January 2nd. Our 10th wedding anniversary is on the 31st, and we couldn't think of a better way to celebrate.

we will be there 12/26 to 1/5. My parents own an RV and we'll be camping at Ft Wilderness with them. The trip is our Christmas gift from them. Free trip + Free Babysitters for an evening or two out or to ride "big ride" w/o a baby swap = very nice gift for DH and I.

We will be at WDW on Dec. 12th through the 19th. Just leaving in time for the big crowds to appear!!!

We are going mid Dec. Can't wait to see MVMCP. My dd thinks that it will be crazy for it to snow in Florida. Enjoy the holidays. I too think that only the super savy Disney travelers are on this board and travel at the smart time of year.

After all if is was a normal busy time of year they wouldn't need to offer fun extra things like the party. You notice there is no summertime party - it's just plain ole crowded.

I'll be there with DD4 December 8-12. I was thrilled this morning to get a code for POFQ. We're going to MVMCP on the 9th. Can't wait!

Daisylove, I got $85 a night before tax for a standard room at POFQ. Before this morning, I had the AAA rate. the BAT code is saving me $95. Not bad for making a phone call.

Hi! We are new to this but wanted to get in on this thread as we will be visiting in December, too! It will be our second trip as a family. We are staying at CBR from the 19-26th. Any suggestions on weather and what to pack, we are from indiana so are unfamiliar with florida winters! We will be traveling with our newest edition..ds will be 10 months. Have dd age 9 and ds age 7, too...then of course dh who is a kid himself!!!!! We all have Disney fever and am loading up our passporter every day with more and more must do's, etc.

Bring clothes for any kind of weather. You never know that time of year. We went for New Years a few years ago and almost froze. They set record cold temperatures almost daily while we were there. I had packed one pair of longjohns for each of us thinking they might feel good for New Years Eve night. We wore them all day every day and had to do daily laundry. When we went to Walmart, the store was full of shoppers buying everything warm they could find.

We will be in Orlando from late 12/18 to early 1/1. Our PAPs expire 12/28. I started a list of all the fun things we could do the rest of the week and it has gotten pretty long. We are myself, DH, DD18, DS16, DS10, and DS5.
