I'm a big kid at heart, but it really bugs me when people say that Disney is just for kids. My DH and I go by ourselves sometimes and enjoy it just as much as when the kids go with us.

I only take my kids so I get to go. It my money, I earned it so I am going to enjoy the fruits of my labor. DS and DD are just getting the fringe benefits.

well, as you can tell by my siggie, me and DH have been many times. AND WE DONT HAVE KIDS!!!! NEVER TAKEN KIDS!!!

I hear it all the time, and the same old YOU ARE GOING AGAIN, WHY DONT YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE????

I dont even justify an answer. I JUST SMILE AT EM.

Who else hates this saying......."Disney is just for kids" ? This drives me crazy. I'm going in December and have been planning since February. I don't know how many times I've heard from family members or friends how I'm wasting my money and how disney is just for kids and its not worth it. The crazy part is that all of these people have been there before, but of course only for a day or two. They just don't see it the way we do.

I hate that just as much as I hate people always saying that Universal is only for "older" kids or teens.

If it is true that WDW is just for kids...then that means because I go there so much...I must still be a kid right?

The nice thing is that those who don't "get it" don't go there either!!Less people to crowd the parks
