Who does NON Disney tshirt designs?

My son is having his 10th birthday party at Columbus Crew stadium (MLS Soccer) during the game on 4/30. We wanted to get shirts made for all the boys attending that say "Brice's Birthday Crew" and then we are going to put each boy's name on the back with the number 10. We would like to do something geared towards the Crew with the black and yellow logo that looks like this:
