Who do i email?

I have two rooms booked for 2 weeks time for SL, I would like them to be close together and pref ground floor as I am disabled and friend has 3 yr old in buggy.
Do i email the sl direct or reservation head office?

I usually call the hotel with any specific room requests - all the hotels are on our very useful information thread . I usually call about a week - 10 days before we go.
