Who Do I contact

We just returned from Disney end of June and when we got our statement from the Credit card company there are charges on their from the hotel that we are unsure of. We never received a final bill when we left because no one was there when we left. So what number do I need to call to get the information about this?

This happened to me last year. I called the resort and they connected me to the right office who could help me. They were very nice and sent me an itemized detail of charges. And yes, I spent more than I thought..lol.

I would just call your credit card company. They'll be able to get a copy of the reeciept with a lot less hassle then you'll go through.
