Who do I contact about resort problems?

We were at Caribbean Beach from Dec 27 - Jan 2. Let's just say it wasn't what we expected. I did speak with a manager while I was there, she was very nice, but it didn't help. I would like to let Disney know about our experience, maybe somebody higher up the food chain than the front desk manager I spoke with. Does anybody have contact info for whomever I can speak with about this?

We were at CBR last year and had a lot of issues. I contacted wdw.guestcommunications@disneyworld.com There was notification to them and a resolution as well. HTH and sorry you had issues.
