Who do I call to make reservations for Mythos .....

- a reservation line (like at Disney)
- the restaurant itself
- guest services at hotel
- guest services at park

You can't make a reservation for Mythos through the regular dining reservation line. The day you want to eat there, go to guest services at the front of Islands of Adventure first thing in the morning. They will call Mythos and make a reservation for you.

I didn't know there was a dining reservation line for Universal. Could I have it? And is it used for the resort restaurants as well?

But don't panic. At Universal, there really is no need to make dining reservations far in advance, or even a few days in advance.

If you are going to eat at the parks or City Walk, when you get to the parks in the morning, just go to the dining reservation cart and make your reservations for later that afternoon/evening.

Also remember, if you forget to make reservations, your hotel key also gives you Express Access to tables at the restaurants. So don't forget to show your hotel key for FOTL at the restaurants.

We have been going for years and we have yet to ever make reservations. The longest we have ever waited for a table was 15 minutes when it was just our family of 5. (We waited longer once at Margaritaville with a party of 8, as they don't honor FOTL for parties over 7)

Many of the restaurants do not take reservation for dining after 5:00 PM. Others will only take reservations as early as 24 hours in advance. In most cases, just stopping at the dining cart and making your reservation the day you plan to dine, works best. The ones that may need advanced reservation are Emerils, Spiderman breakfast, Simpsons Breakfast, Mythos, and Tchoup Chop.
